After reviewing the government website for the location of your choice, provide your impressions of the agency's transparency and thoroughness in revealing finance and budget accountability. Last, reference any forthcoming public projects that will need to be funded and what measures will be put in place to raise agency revenue (e.g., taxes, grants), and discuss how the public agency is accountable to the citizenry when using public funding.
The organization you select for this essay may be a nonprofit organization or a public office (e.g., police, or fire, emergency services; county services, such as schools). If you question whether your selected organization would fit the criteria of the assignment, contact the instructor.
Ensure your essay is at least two pages in length but is no longer than four pages in length, is double-spaced, and uses 12-point Times New Roman font with one-inch margins. Section headings are also encouraged to help organize your paper.

The purpose of this assignment is to gauge your understanding of the content, so focus on writing original content rather than simply regurgitating the textbook or other sources, whether by paraphrasing or using direct quotes.
