This paper will allow you to identify and describe your embraced leadership value system, otherwise known as your leadership style. Professionally, we have all experienced a situation that has challenged us to step outside of our comfort zone and put on our leadership hat. Provide an example or two in which you had to do this within your organization and how you responded to this need.
